About the Role

We are looking for an experienced freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the hiring of nannies and domestic workers (blue-collar roles). The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for household staff, ensuring high-quality placements that meet client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified nannies and domestic workers based on client needs.
• Conduct interviews and background checks to verify experience and references.
• Coordinate trial periods and onboarding with clients.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future placements.
• Provide guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Experience in blue-collar or domestic worker recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills.
• Ability to assess soft skills and work ethics in candidates.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with labor regulations related to household workers is a plus.
