Job Description

• Bertanggungjawab dalam melaksanakan proses rekrutmen karyawan, dan administrasi sesuai ketentuan perusahaan

• Membuat laporan, dan menyajikan data untuk kebutuhan internal sesuai kebutuhan

• Memiliki skill komunikasi dan leadership yang baik, Luwes dalam berkomunikasi dan sosial

Kualifikasi

• Pria

• D3, Jurusan psikologi, SDM, Freshgraduate atau berpengalaman

• Memiliki kemampuan untuk melakukan wawancara

• Mahir mengoperasikan Ms. Office / Excel dan PPT

• Mampu bernegosiasi secara persuasif

• Komunikatif, teliti, Cepat belajar

• Mampu mengendarai mobil

• Bersedia melakukan perjalanan Dinas luar kota
