Job Description

Melakukan proses pembelian barang dan kebutuhan operasional hotel sesuai permintaan departemen.
Mencari dan membandingkan vendor/supplier untuk mendapatkan harga, kualitas, dan waktu pengiriman terbaik.
Membuat dan memproses Purchase Order (PO) serta memastikan kelengkapan dokumen purchasing.
Melakukan negosiasi harga dan kerjasama dengan supplier.
Memastikan ketersediaan stok barang operasional hotel.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim gudang dan seluruh departemen terkait kebutuhan barang.
Memastikan barang yang datang sesuai dengan pesanan dan standar kualitas perusahaan.
Membuat laporan pembelian dan monitoring pengeluaran purchasing secara berkala.
Menjaga hubungan baik dengan vendor/supplier.

Requirements

Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK/Diploma, diutamakan dari jurusan Perhotelan, Administrasi, atau terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun sebagai Purchasing Staff, lebih disukai dari industri hotel/restoran.
Memahami alur purchasing, administrasi pembelian, dan pengelolaan vendor.
Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi dan komunikasi yang baik.
Teliti, rapi, jujur, dan mampu bekerja secara detail.
Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office terutama Excel.
Bersedia ditempatkan di Anyer, Banten.
