Kualifikasi:

Lulusan S1 Manajemen, Adm. Bisnis, Logistik, Pemasaran. Fresh graduate dipersilahkan melamar
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun
Mampu membuat dokumen seperti PO, SPK, surat jalan, dan laporan pengadaan.
Terampil Microsoft Office & memahami Procurement Tools.
Paham proses pengadaan: evaluasi supplier, negosiasi, & kontrak.
Pengetahuan dasar supply chain & inventaris.
Mampu bekerja sama, komunikatif, dan negosiasi, Teliti, rapi dokumentasi, & time management baik.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Membuat & memproses dokumen pengadaan.
Negosiasi dan menjalin hubungan dengan supplier.
Memastikan kelancaran proses pengadaan barang dan jasa hingga pengiriman.
Membantu evaluasi tender & seleksi vendor.
Mengelola data inventaris & update laporan.
Kolaborasi strategi pengadaan dengan tim internal.
Pastikan kepatuhan standar & kebijakan perusahaan
