Staf Procurement / Sourcing

• Qualifications & experience
• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or related field is typically preferred
• Strong analytical thinking to secure favorable terms and material quality with suppliers and internal team.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interactions with suppliers, team members, and other departments.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Review the background of supplier candidates online to be taken to the pre-screening stage with foreign suppliers by online using English (emailing, Phone and chatting)
• Maintain long-term relationships with selected suppliers and vendors
• Implementing an inventory optimization strategy within the company
• Work closely with other departments, such as merchandiser, production, and purchasing, finance, to align procurement activities with organizational goals.
• Handle product sourcing, find potential suppliers, obtain samples, and compare prices and quality to aid merchandise selection.
• To conduct follow-ups on the quality of materials from suppliers during the development process.
