Job description for Staf PPIC at PT. Intan Safety Glass
Responsibilities:
- Achieve all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
- Facilitate communication and synergy between Sales, Supply Chain, and Production divisions.
- Oversee and control company inventory management and minimize dead stock.
- Ensure high-quality database management for the PPIC division to support smooth data analytics processes.
- Implement continuous improvement programs as directed by supervisors and management.
Key Duties:
- Plan raw material usage for Cutting KIK and Cutting Mirror processes.
- Develop and manage manpower planning to optimize production efficiency.
- Update SPC (Statistical Process Control) queues for Cutting KIK and Cutting Mirror.
- Manage inventory for Cutting KIK, Mirror, Cutting Mirror, and Reflective materials.
- Conduct measurements at mall locations as required.
- Control waste generated from Cutting KIK processes.
- Process and fulfill crate requests for production needs.
- Prepare memopacks for Cutting KIK and Cutting Mirror operations.
- Conduct stock opname (inventory checks) for Cutting KIK.
- Monitor and control glass breakage in Cutting KIK processes.
- Oversee and manage sample requests to ensure compliance with standards.
- Update KPIs to track and report production performance.
- Track and update raw material consumption records.
- Maintain and update production schedules to meet operational targets.
- Create Work Orders (SPK) for Mirror and Reflective production processes.
- Facilitate and participate in weekly production meetings.
- Produce and manage stickers for Reflective products.
- Monitor and control the consumption of consumable raw materials for Mirror and Reflective processes.
Required Competencies:
- Application Software: Proficient in Google Sheets (vlookup, arrayformula, index-match); experience with Google Data Studio (GDS) or Power BI.
- Customized Software: Familiarity with Glass Optimization Cutting Software.
- Professional Experience:
- Experience using well-known ERP software (e.g., SAP).
- Proven track record in designing MPS, BoM, MRP, and S&OP.
- Experience conducting monthly sales and stock analysis.
- Theoretical Knowledge: Understanding of lot number correlation and ABC Analysis.
- Company Experience: Prior experience implementing Total Quality Management (TQM).
