Minimal lulusan D3 atau S1 di bidang Teknik Industri, Manajemen Operasi, atau bidang relevan lainnya.
Pengalaman minimal 2-5 tahun sebagai PPIC Staff, diutamakan yang berpengalaman di industri FURNITURE KAYU.
Mampu menyusun rencana produksi berdasarkan permintaan pasar, kapasitas produksi, dan ketersediaan material.
Mampu membaca dan memahami gambar teknik atau gambar kerja produk furniture.
Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan berkoordinasi dengan berbagai departemen terkait (Produksi, Marketing, Gudang, Purchasing).
