- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK, diutamakan D3/S1 Teknik Industri atau Manajemen.

- Pengalaman kerja di bidang produksi atau PPIC minimal 1 tahun, diutamakan di industri garment/konveksi.

- Mampu membuat perencanaan produksi harian/mingguan.

- Teliti, rapi, dan mampu mengatur stok bahan baku serta kebutuhan produksi.

- Mampu mengoperasikan Excel dan software stok/produksi sederhana.

- Komunikatif dan bisa bekerja sama dengan tim produksi dan gudang.

- Siap bekerja dengan target dan jadwal ketat.
