Staf PPIC

Job Description :

1. Calculate the required shutter/steel door materials for production and ensure that data input into the SAP & WMS system is accurate and functioning properly.
2. Responsible for monitoring raw material and component stock levels, ensuring smooth production processes by minimizing material shortages.
3. Prepare production plans and communicate them with the production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth and timely operations.
4. Prepare monthly reports related to production results, including data analysis and monitoring of target achievements.
5. Ensure that required raw materials are available as per production needs and avoid any delays.
6. Control and verify that production processes comply with approved working drawings.
7. Collaborate with other departments such as production, warehouse, and procurement to ensure the smooth flow of the production process.

Qualification :

1. Familiar with technical drawing 2D.
2. Experienced in handling custom / make-to-order (MTO) products based on customer requirements and project specifications.
3. Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management, or other relevant fields.
4. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in PPIC, preferably in a manufacturing or building industry.
5. Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, to support communication needs in a work environment involving international parties.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, WMS and SAP System to facilitate administrative processes and data management.
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
8. Preferably non-Muslim (for Lebaran backup).
9. Able to work under tight deadlines and adapt to dynamic production requirements.
10. Strong understanding of Production Planning, Material Planning, MRP, BOM, and Work Orders (WO).
11. Willing to participate in the recruitment process offline.
