Kualifikasi

Pendidikan minimal SMK jurusan Teknik Industri/Manajemen/Farmasi/Kimia atau bidang terkait
Diutamakan pengalaman sebagai PPIC atau posisi serupa di industri kosmetik, farmasi, FMCG, atau pabrik maklon
Memahami perencanaan dan pengendalian produksi serta persediaan
Menguasai prinsip FIFO/FEFO, khususnya untuk bahan baku kosmetik
Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel (pivot table, lookup, analisis data)
Berpengalaman menggunakan sistem ERP atau software manufaktur
Memiliki kemampuan analisis, perencanaan, dan problem solving yang baik
Teliti, disiplin, mampu bekerja dengan deadline
Mampu berkomunikasi dan berkoordinasi dengan baik
