PT Cipta Nusa Baharindo is seeking a qualified and experienced professional with a strong background in logistics and vessel operations to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate vessel operational requirements with relevant parties at the field level.
- Monitor vessel status and activities, including departures, arrivals, and day-to-day vessel operations.
- Monitor the vessel’s equipment, supplies, and provisions to ensure operational readiness.
- Monitor information related to vessel maintenance and repairs and provide regular updates to management.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding vessel operational conditions, equipment, maintenance and repairs, and other vessel-related activities.
- Assist in ensuring that all information and documentation related to vessel operations are properly maintained and readily available.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from an Academy of Fisheries Business (AUP) or a relevant educational background.
- Good command of Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics and/or barge vessel operations.
- Good understanding of vessel-related administration and operational documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with vessel crews, administrative teams, technicians, and management.
- Strong ability to organize, process, and present operational information and data accurately and systematically.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Willing to work in the field and coordinate directly with vessel personnel and relevant parties.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
