Job description for Staf Legal at RealCo

Key Responsibilities

* Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, and other legal documents

* Provide legal support and advice for business and corporate activities

* Coordinate with regulators, notaries, and external legal counsel on corporate matters

* Manage corporate legal documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations

* Support corporate actions, including RUPS, Annual Report, and other public company requirements

* Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory developments relevant to the company

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree in Law

* Minimum 2 years experience in Corporate Legal, preferably in a public company (Tbk)

* Experienced in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and corporate legal documents

* Familiar with OJK, IDX, and corporate governance requirements

* Exposure to RUPS, Annual Report, disclosure obligations, or other corporate actions

* Strong legal analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
