LEGAL STAFF
Our company is currently seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our team as Legal Staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education of Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law.
- Possess 3–5 years of working experience in corporate legal functions.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in handling:
- Notarial matters (Deeds of Establishment, Amendments, and related documents);
- OSS (Online Single Submission) licensing and permits;
- Intellectual Property Rights (IPR/HAKI), including trademarks, copyrights, and related matters;
- Other corporate legal and licensing requirements (PT, Foundation, business permits, and compliance).
- Proven ability to draft, review, and manage legal documents and agreements.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and possessing high integrity with good communication skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure all corporate legal and licensing matters comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with notaries, government institutions, and relevant external parties.
- Draft, review, and maintain legal documents and corporate records.
- Provide legal support and opinions for internal company needs.
