Job description for Staf Legal at The Bridge Academy Indonesia
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law (preferably with concentration in Business Law)
- Minimum 1-2 year of experience in the legal field (experience as a Legal Staff in a company or Legal Corporate is highly recommended)
- Strong understanding of civil law, business/commercial law, and employment law and other related regulations
- Experienced in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing corporate legal documents, including Cooperation Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), and other corporate documents.
- Proven experience in providing legal opinions to management related to the company’s business activities and operations.
- Experienced in handling legal disputes and disputes resolution, both litigation and non-litigation.
- Able to conduct legal risk assessments and provide practical legal recommendations for the company.
- Holding PKPA certification is an advantage
- Precise, detail-oriented, intelligent, and decisive
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
