Hepta Solutions is a business service provider located in Jl. Pendidikan No.90A, Sidakarya, Denpasar, Bali supporting local and foreign-owned companies with legal, licensing, accounting, tax, and business compliance services.
About the Position :
The Legal Staff is responsible for handling legal and compliance matters for Hepta Solutions and its clients. The role includes preparing and reviewing contracts, managing company licensing through OSS and KBLI, handling Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan, and supporting BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration.
Key Responsibilities :
Draft, review, and manage contracts and legal documents.
Handle OSS licensing, KBLI registration, and company data updates.
Manage Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan compliance.
Support BPJS registration, updates, and administration.
Monitor legal deadlines and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with clients, notaries, government authorities, and related institutions.
Maintain accurate legal and compliance records.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law.
Minimum one year of experience in a corporate legal position.
Good understanding of contracts, corporate law, OSS, KBLI, employment compliance, and BPJS.
Strong attention to detail and document management skills.
Able to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Responsible, organized, and proactive.
