Staf HSSE

About the role

• Staf HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) responsible for implementing and monitoring Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) programs in the workplace.
• Key responsibilities
• Implement and monitor the application of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) programs in the work environment
• Conduct routine inspections of work areas, equipment, and operational activities to ensure compliance with K3 standards
• Identify potential hazards and conduct risk assessment and control of work risks
• Ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with regulations
• Conduct socialization, training, and campaigns related to safety, occupational health, and environment
• Prepare HSE reports on a regular basis and document data related to occupational safety
• Conduct investigations of incidents, work accidents, and unsafe conditions and prepare improvement recommendations
• Monitor compliance with government regulations and company standards related to K3 and environment
• Coordinate with relevant departments in the implementation of occupational safety programs and environmental management
• Support the implementation of internal and external audits related to HSE and follow up on audit findings

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HSE/K3 field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have relevant competencies)
• Understanding of K3 and environmental regulations and standards that apply
• General K3 certificate is an added value
• Able to conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and work risk control
• Understanding of emergency response procedures and incident/work accident investigation
• Able to operate Microsoft Office and prepare HSE reports
• Good communication, presentation, and training skills
• Thorough, disciplined, firm, and have high concern for occupational safety aspects
• Able to work independently and in teams
