Kualifikasi:

1. Pendidikan minimal S1 Psikologi atau jurusan relevan lainnya

Memiliki pemahaman dan pengetahuan terkait HRD & GA

2. Memahami dan dapat melakukan administrasi HRD

3. Mampu mengoperasikan spreadsheet/microsoft excel

4. Memiliki leadership, problem solving, pekerja keras, jujur, disiplin, teliti dan bekerja cepat sesuai target

5. Fast respon, Dinamis, Humble, dan Energik

6. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang HRGA

Diutamakan domisili Sidoarjo

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Melakukan proses Rekrutmen dan pemenuhan MPP

2. Support proses payroll (perhitungan, lembur, dll)

3. Melakukan administrasi HRD

4. Menangani permasalahan yang terjadi di SDM

5. Aktif dan memahami kegiatan operasional perusahaan

6. Monitoring kontrak karyawan
