We are currently seeking dynamic and passionate individuals to join our team in Mengwi, Badung Regency, Bali. This position is vital in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and comfort within our work environment. Therefore, we are looking for someone dedicated and capable of ensuring every area remains clean, tidy, and compliant with industry standards.
Job Description:
As a Housekeeping Staff, you will be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of all areas, including guest rooms, bathrooms, and public facilities. Key duties include arranging items, cleaning surfaces, preparing linens, and ensuring all areas are ready for guest use. Additionally, you must be able to collaborate with other teams, provide friendly service to guests, and maintain good inter-departmental communication to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
1. Minimum education of High School (SMA/SMK).
2. 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
3. Strong skills in customer service and hotel/hospitality cleaning.
4. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
5. Good communication skills in English is preferred
6. Experience in public speaking is an added value.
7. Friendly, proactive, and passionate about growing with us in a professional and fun environment.
