Job description for Staf Housekeeping at Pera ONE Xperience
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, tidy, and maintain guest villas and public areas according to established standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities as required
- Ensure bathrooms, kitchens, and outdoor spaces are spotless and well-maintained
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to the supervisor
- Handle guests’ laundry and pressing requests with care and attention
- Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping storage and equipment
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth villa operations
- Respect guests’ privacy and maintain discretion at all times
- Follow health, hygiene, and safety procedures consistently
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or housekeeping training preferred
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a villa or resort environment
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleaning standards
- Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet daily operational targets
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
- Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning tasks
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and willingness to stay and work in Gili Air.
