KUALIFIKASI GENERAL AFFAIR STAFF

TANGGUNG JAWAB

1. Melakukan pembelanjaan bahan baku untuk operasional Restorant dan Café Dopamine Coffee and Tea secara berkala.

2. Mengurus procurement (pengadaan barang) yang dibutuhkan Restorant dan Café Dopamine Coffee and Tea secara berkala

3. Menjalin komunikasi yang baik dengan vendor dan supplier.

4. Melakukan packing barang untuk kebutuhan ekspor.

5. Mengurus proses pengiriman barang ke luar negeri melalui pelabuhan saat terdapat pemesanan.

6. Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal terkait kebutuhan operasional.

7. Menyiapkan dokumen pengiriman apabila diperlukan.

KUALIFIKASI

1. Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK / D3/S1 (diutamakan jurusan relevan) diantaranya: Manajemen; Administrasi; Logistik; Akuntansi; Teknik Industri; & Perhotelan / F&B

2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang General Affair, Purchasing, atau Inventory (lebih diutamakan).

3. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik dengan vendor serta mampu menjaga hubungan kerja profesional.

4. Teliti, rapi, bertanggung jawab, dan memiliki manajemen waktu yang baik.

5. Mampu mengelola data stok secara digital (Excel, Google Sheet, atau aplikasi inventory).

6. Memiliki kemampuan analisis untuk estimasi kebutuhan barang.

7. Terbiasa melakukan pencatatan barang masuk dan keluar.

8. Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.

9. Siap bekerja di lapangan dan memiliki mobilitas tinggi.

10. Memahami dasar proses ekspor menjadi nilai tambah.

11. Jujur, disiplin, dan memiliki integritas tinggi.

12. Mampu mengendarai mobil dan memiliki SIM A.
