Job description for Staf Finance Accounting & Tax at PT Hana Fashion

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting and Taxation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Familiar with e-SPT, e-Billing, e-Faktur, and e-Filing systems.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, disciplined, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Description:

  • Handle monthly and annual tax administration, including e-SPT, e-Billing, e-Faktur, and e-Filing processes.
  • Calculate, prepare, and submit all corporate tax payments and tax reports in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Ensure all tax-related transactions are properly calculated, documented, and reported to management.
  • Process, verify, and record accounts payable transactions, employee reimbursements, and other financial obligations.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and communicate with vendors, suppliers, and related parties regarding payment issues, disputes, and inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure all financial transactions are recorded properly.
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, including: Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, General Ledger, Raw Material Report, Work in Progress (WIP) Report, Finished Goods Report, Other finance and accounting reports as required
  • Ensure all finance and accounting documents are completed accurately and submitted before deadlines.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and supporting schedules.
  • Support management in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control activities.
