About the role
CV. Narayani is a furniture export company seeking a professional and competent Export Import (EXIM) Staff member to manage export-import documentation and administrative activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage documents and administration of the company's export-import activities
- Handle processes and documentation related to KITE (Kemudahan Impor Tujuan Ekspor) facilities
- Ensure completeness of documents and compliance with customs regulations
- Coordinate with internal and external parties related to export-import processes
- Conduct document filing and report EXIM activities periodically
About you
- Minimum S1 education, preferably from a relevant field
- Work experience in Export Import (EXIM)
- Experience in KITE (Kemudahan Impor Tujuan Ekspor) management is preferred
- Understanding of export-import procedures, customs documents, and related regulations
- Able to manage export-import documents carefully, neatly, and systematically
- Able to coordinate with Customs, freight forwarders, PPJK, and other related parties
- Good communication and administrative skills
- Honest, disciplined, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in teams
