Job description for Staf Concierge at PT. HOTSTONE UBUD
• Greeting and welcoming all customers in a friendly and professional manner as well as handling complaints
• Providing concierge services such as informing customers on store promotions to encourage purchases,
• Acting as a point of reference for customers who require assistance or information
• Maintaining accurate guest records and handling cash and payment transactions accurately
• Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Proficient in using hotel management software and other relevant technology
• Adhering to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Qualifications
• Minimal Diploma 3 (D3), Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in English, Communication, and/or Hospitality.
• At least 1-2 years experience communicating with foreigners in English
• Language: fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
• Computer skills: Google Apps, MS/Open Office suites, learning new interfaces.
• Outgoing personality and enjoys interacting with people of different cultures.
• Must be able to work with others.
