Qualifications :
Age Requirement: Male, 20-30 years old.
Based in Bali.
Presentable Appearance: Must have a neat and attractive physical appearance, maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times.
Height and Physical Fitness: Minimum height of 170 cm, physically fit, and able to stand for extended periods.
Customer Service Skills: Friendly, polite, and able to provide excellent customer service.
Strong verbal communication skills, both in Indonesia and English (additional languages are a plus).
Have previous experience in hospitality, security, or retail, is preferred.
Able to work in a team and coordinate with other mall staff.
Job Description:
Greeting Visitors: Warmly welcome and greet all guests entering and exiting the mall with a friendly and professional attitude.
Carry Shopping Bags: Assist customers by carrying shopping bags and other items as needed, ensuring their comfort during their visit.
Opening Doors: Open and close doors for customers, especially for those with children and elderly.
Assist with Special Requests: Help guests with any special requests such as calling taxis or providing umbrellas during rainy weather.
Maintain Entrance Area: Ensure the main entrance is clean, orderly, and free from obstacles. Work closely with the mall's security team to ensure the safety of guests and report any unusual activities.
