Penempatan di Pos Pengumben, Jakarta Barat

TUGAS & TANGGUNG JAWAB :

Melayani permintaan / pertanyaan pelanggan yang berkaitan dengan hasil pengujian melalui telepon
Melakukan verifikasi / mencocokkan hasil pemeriksaan pada hasil print out
Mencetak laporan hasil pemeriksaan
Mengirimkan laporan hasil pengujian melalui kurir, email dll
Menyimpan rekaman hasil pengujian dan bukti pengiriman hasil kepada pelanggan
Menjaga kerahasiaan informasi pesan
