Job description for Staf Accounts Receivable at PT CitraDimensi Arthali (Cedea Seafood)

Job Description:

Melakukan pembuatan dan pengiriman invoice kepada customer sesuai transaksi penjualan.
Memastikan seluruh piutang pelanggan tercatat secara akurat dan tepat waktu dalam sistem.
Melakukan monitoring jatuh tempo piutang serta menyusun aging receivable secara berkala.
Melakukan penagihan (follow up collection) kepada pelanggan sesuai termin pembayaran.
Memastikan penerimaan pembayaran dari pelanggan dan melakukan pencocokan (reconciliation) dengan invoice yang terkait.

Requirements:

Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi.
Menguasai software akuntansi (Accurate, Odoo) dan Microsoft Excel.
Memahami basic finance
Memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik.
Teliti, detail, dan memiliki tingkat akurasi yang tinggi dalam bekerja.
Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
Mampu bernegosiasi dengan baik dan bekerjasama dengan antar tim.
