- Melakukan penagihan kepada pelanggan via telepon/ e-mail.

- Menyiapkan daftar tagihan serta kelengkapannya untuk ditagihkan sesuai dengan tanggal cetak.

- Melakukan pantauan terhadap akun pelanggan baik yang melakukan pembayaran lancar dan maupun yang terhambat.

- Membuat laporan piutang mingguan dan bulanan.

- Memelihara file dan catatan pelanggan piutang
