Job description for Staf Accounts Payable at Tavern Group
- Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in AP, preferably in F&B, Restaurant, or Hospitality industry.
- Familiar with vendor reconciliation, payment scheduling, and AP aging.
- Understand 3-Way Matching (PO, Invoice, and Receiving).
- Familiar with basic accounting and journal entries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and well-organized.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
