Job description for Staf Accounts Payable at Trans F&B
Job Responsibilities
- Process and verify supplier invoices and payment documents.
- Monitor outstanding payables and payment due dates.
- Reconcile supplier balances and resolve discrepancies.
- Meet with suppliers to discuss payment arrangements and negotiate payment terms or rescheduling.
- Coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams regarding supplier payments.
- Maintain accurate AP records and support monthly financial closing.
Qualifications
- Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Odoo or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to manage supplier relationships and payment disputes professionally.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized.
