Company Description
PT Abill Indonesia Jaya, part of THE SKIN FACTORY Co., Ltd. (holding company of NACIFIC & KUNDAL), is looking for a Sr. Supply Chain Associate to oversee and support end-to-end supply chain operations across all brands. This role combines operational execution and strategic oversight, focusing on inventory accuracy, warehouse coordination, and supply chain optimization to ensure efficient product flow, data reliability, and business continuity.
As our Sr. Supply Chain Associate, you will:
- Lead and support daily supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, warehouse, and inventory activities across all brands
- Manage and execute inbound and outbound processes, including domestic & international shipments, delivery orders, and coordination with 3PL/warehouse partners
- Maintain and oversee inventory management by ensuring stock accuracy, system integration (ERP/WMS), reconciliation, stock opname, and audit readiness
- Handle procurement activities and vendor coordination while ensuring reliable supply and cost efficiency
- Drive demand planning and inventory optimization to support sales, campaigns, and operational needs
- Monitor, analyze, and improve supply chain performance (OTIF, inventory turnover, cost efficiency) through reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth execution and minimize risks
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with sales, marketing, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure alignment and execution
If you have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory, or warehouse operations
- Hands-on experience in inventory management, stock opname, and warehouse coordination
- Experience working with 3PL partners, procurement, and vendor management
- Familiar with ERP/WMS systems and supply chain data tracking
- Basic understanding of demand planning and end-to-end supply chain flow
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Intermediate English proficiency (Korean is a plus)
- Willing to work full Work From Office (WFO), Monday–Friday in Sudirman, South Jakarta
