Key Responsibilities

-) Establish and maintain positive relationships with doctors Obygn

-) Assist partner clinics in developing service strategies aligned with company standards.

-) Deliver information and training on the company's latest products, services, or programs to partner clinics.

-) Identify additional training needs to support clinic performance improvement.

-) Regularly monitor clinic target achievements.

-) Prepare periodic performance reports for partner clinics and recommend improvements.

-) Identify and resolve issues in the relationship between the company and partner clinics.

-) Collect data and insights from partner clinics to support marketing and operational strategies.

-) Work closely with sales, marketing, and operational teams to ensure the success of programs involving partner clinics.

Requirements

-) Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.

-) Experienced in creating, evaluating and developing cooperation program with hospitals/obgyn doctor/communities in Indonesia.

-) Experienced in opening acquaintanceship and cooperation with hospitals/obgyn doctor/communities in Indonesia.

-) Ability to analyze data and metrics to evaluate the performance of the referral program.

-) Experienced in creating and presenting business/product & services presentation.
