About the role
Clouwny is seeking a Social Media & KOL Specialist with strong capabilities in content strategy, creative ideation, visual content production, and influencer/KOL management. This position will be responsible end-to-end for developing Clouwny's social media content, from formulating strategy and editorial plans, developing ideas and visual concepts, preparing photoshoots and video production, to managing KOL collaborations and evaluating their performance. You will work collaboratively with the Creative, Marketplace, and Marketing teams to ensure social media and KOL activities not only build the brand but also support business growth and sales.
Key responsibilities
- Formulate social media strategy, content pillars, and editorial plans for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media channels
- Conduct research on audience, competitors, trends, and social media developments as the basis for content strategy development
- Determine content type, format, theme, tone of voice, and objectives aligned with Clouwny's positioning and campaigns
- Analyze content performance regularly and use data to develop subsequent strategies and content plans
- Develop ideas and concepts for various content formats including Reels, TikTok, carousels, lifestyle content, storytelling, UGC, promotional content, and campaign content
- Write and develop scripts, storylines, hooks, captions, and creative briefs
- Oversee preparation and coordination of visual content production including photoshoots, video shoots, campaign shoots, and product shoots to ensure results align with concepts and Clouwny's brand guidelines
- Formulate KOL/influencer strategy and requirements based on campaign objectives and target audience
- Conduct KOL research, sourcing, selection, outreach, and negotiation for paid and other forms of collaboration
- Manage KOL collaboration processes from start to finish, including rate negotiation, product delivery, content monitoring, revisions, and publication
About you
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media, Content, KOL/Influencer Marketing, or Digital Marketing
- Experience in formulating content strategy, content pillars, and editorial plans
- Portfolio of social media content demonstrating creative ideation and storytelling capabilities
- Understanding of photoshoot and video production processes, including concepting, moodboards, styling, talent, and production flow
- Experience in KOL/Influencer Management, particularly with paid KOL collaborations
- Understanding of social media KPIs and ability to connect content performance with business objectives
- Creative, proactive, with high ownership and ability to make independent decisions
- Strong taste and interest in fashion, lifestyle, and visual content
- Experience in fashion, beauty, or retail industry is a plus
- Understanding of social commerce and/or affiliate marketing is a plus
