Requirements

Minimal S1, diutamakan Teknik (Elektro, Mesin, Industri) atau jurusan terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai Sales Engineer/Senior Sales Engineer.
Berpengalaman dalam B2B Sales.
Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di industri konstruksi, building materials, electrical materials, kabel, manufaktur, atau industri sejenis.
Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi, komunikasi, dan presentasi yang baik.
Berorientasi pada target dan mampu mengembangkan hubungan dengan pelanggan.
Memiliki SIM A dan bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas.

Job Responsibilities

Mengembangkan peluang bisnis baru dan menjaga hubungan dengan pelanggan existing.
Melakukan presentasi produk dan memberikan solusi teknis kepada pelanggan.
Menyusun strategi penjualan untuk mencapai target perusahaan.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal terkait kebutuhan pelanggan.
Menyiapkan penawaran, melakukan negosiasi, hingga closing penjualan.
Melakukan analisis pasar dan kompetitor.
