Job description for Sr. Partnership Manager at Power Commerce Asia
- Build new business, partnerships and relationships with existing and potential partners
- Build relationships with partners to build the brand and grow GMV
- Build the organizational network by through targeted outreach and strong project planning
- Provides commercial change, manages budgets, and implements strategic change
- Achieving business target according to business goals and ensure the implementation of work process
- Champion and manage new projects to create stronger partnerships
- Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy
- Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics
- Resolve complex issues and new strategic development with each client together across teams and functions
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university in Business, Marketing, Communication or similar relevant field
- At least 10 years experience in Partnership field in the technology or ecommerce industries, and 5 years as a Partnership Manager
- Fluency in English is a Must
- Highly resourceful and knowledgeable about strategic partnerships
- Strategic thinking, understanding of the tech industry and ecommerce business
- Strong strategic and structured thinking abilities in order to develop effective partnerships frameworks
- A self-driven work ethic with strong stakeholder management abilities in order to juggle multiple projects with stakeholders of various hierarchies
- Strong project management skill in order to effectively handle various internal stakeholders of differing needs and backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen attentively and intuitively, with high comprehension and effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
