Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in HR, Legal, and General Affairs
- Strong understanding of labor law and HR administration
- Experience handling legal documents and company permits
- Familiar with BPJS, payroll administration, and employee relations
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Able to communicate with expatriates and foreign management
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented and responsible
Job Description
- Handle HR operational activities including employee administration, attendance, leave, and employee database
- Support recruitment and onboarding process
- Ensure company compliance with labor regulations and internal policies
- Handle legal documents, company permits, agreements, and correspondence
- Coordinate with external parties related to legal and government matters
- Manage General Affairs (GA) activities including office facilities, assets, vendor management, and office maintenance
- Handle procurement and office operational support
- Support employee relations and disciplinary processes
- Prepare HR, Legal, and GA reports as needed
- Communicate and coordinate with expatriates and foreign management
