SENIOR FINANCE, ACCOUNTING & TAX
Jakarta | Full-Time | Work From Office
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance, Accounting & Tax professional to manage the company’s financial operations, accounting records, reporting, and tax compliance.
Job Descriptions
1. Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements.
2. Manage general ledger, journal entries, account reconciliations, and closing processes.
3. Monitor cash flow, budgets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and company expenses.
4. Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax filings accurately and on time.
5. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and Indonesian tax regulations.
6. Review invoices, payments, reimbursements, and supporting financial documents.
7. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other external parties.
8. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
9. Provide financial analysis, reports, and recommendations to Management.
10. Support the improvement of financial procedures and internal controls.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and taxation.
3. Strong knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations.
4. Brevet A & B certification is preferred.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
6. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
7. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
8. Able to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
9. Willing to work from the office in Jakarta.
