Job description for Sr. Finance Accounting Tax at Primelux Padel Club
Manage the company’s financial administration, accounting records, cash flow monitoring, and tax compliance for Primelux Padel Club. Ensure accurate financial reporting, proper bookkeeping, and compliance with Indonesian accounting and taxation regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and maintain daily financial transactions, bookkeeping, and journal entries
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare monthly financial reports including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and cash flow reports
- Monitor company expenses and ensure budget control across departments
- Reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and operational transactions accurately
- Prepare and submit tax reports (PPN, PPh, and other related taxes) in compliance with Indonesian regulations
- Coordinate with external tax consultants, auditors, and government institution when required
- Ensure all financial documents, invoices, receipts, and payment records are properly organized and archived
- Support payroll calculation, payment scheduling, and operational financial administration
- Provide financial analysis and reporting support to Management for operational decision-making
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Min. 2 years experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle business
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
- Understand Indonesian tax regulations and tax reporting procedures (PPN & PPh)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality of financial information
