Senior Digital Media Planner
This role is designed for someone who is passionate about digital media strategy and performance marketing. You will be responsible for planning, optimizing, and evaluating multi-platform digital campaigns while working closely with internal teams and clients to deliver measurable business results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Statistics, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital media, or at least 2 years as a Senior Media Planner, preferably within a creative, digital, or advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of digital media planning, media buying, and campaign optimization across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Ability to connect media performance with broader marketing objectives and provide strategic recommendations beyond campaign optimization.
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing performance campaigns with measurable business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent understanding of audience targeting, media strategy, budget allocation, and campaign measurement.
- Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain media recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ownership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience handling FMCG, automotive, healthcare, tech, or tourism brands is a strong advantage.

- Develop digital media strategies aligned with campaign objectives, target audiences, and business goals.
- Plan media allocation, audience targeting, budget distribution, and channel recommendations across digital platforms.
- Execute, monitor, optimize, and evaluate campaigns to maximize performance and ROAS.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare media reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with account, creative, social media, KOL, and data teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
- Present media strategies, campaign performance, and optimization plans to clients when required.
- Stay updated with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging advertising opportunities.
- Mentor junior media planners and provide guidance on campaign planning and optimization best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, media effectiveness, and overall business performance.
