Requirements :
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments.
- Deep expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment strategies.
- Experience with Linux system administration.
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including DNS, TLS/SSL, Load Balancing, and Reverse Proxies.
- Experience with Traefik, HAProxy, and Nginx.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Experience managing and operating Workers, Queues, Scheduling systems, DNS services, and Edge configurations.
- Strong experience with databases, particularly (PostgreSQL, Production environments, High availability and backup strategies).
- Experience implementing and maintaining Monitoring, Logging, Alerting and Observability platforms. Examples: Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Bash, Python, and Go.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Self-driven mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills :
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Terraform and Ansible.
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Familiarity with multi-region deployments and disaster recovery strategies.
- Experience with cost optimization and cloud governance.
- Exposure to Django/Python applications and backend services.
Responsibilities :
- Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Manage Docker-based environments and related networking components.
- Maintain and optimize Traefik, HAProxy, Nginx, and TLS configurations.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of production systems.
- Manage PostgreSQL infrastructure and reliability.
- Improve monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability capabilities.
- Drive incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to improve deployment and release processes.
- Promote DevOps best practices and infrastructure automation.
