Daily Operation: Reporting to School's Marketing Head
Location:
Kalbis University (Jakarta)
Job Purpose:
To conceptualize, design, and produce compelling visual content (static and motion) that supports both branding and operational needs at Kalbis University. The Creative Designer plays a key role in maintaining visual excellence across digital, print, and video content that aligns with Horizon’s brand identity and enhances the effectiveness of marketing and internal communication efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts for branding and digital campaigns
- Create graphic, motion, and visual content
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Campus teams
- Provide creative direction and mentoring to junior designers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in DKV, Multimedia, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in Graphic Design, Branding & Motion Design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiar with Figma & Canva
- Strong skills in branding, typography, storytelling & animation
- Creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative
- Portfolio required
Preferred Qualities:
- A strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion works
- Knowledge of photography or video shooting is a plus
- Experience working in education or youth-focused sectors is a plus
- Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly
