Job description for Sr. Business Development at DOKI
Responsibility:
- Lead and manage the current business development team, aligning the group of BD team to work under specification from the team leader, and fostering and assisting them in reaching their goals.
- Strong performance in business development, shown from years of experience in this area.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and specifications
- Learn about the client's industry and business activities to suggest more personalized solutions
- Learn about tech, startup, and digital industry to support everyday working insights needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to design program, approach, or other relevant projects (both existing and new ones) according to the standards discussed with the client
- Negotiate budgets and deadlines and make a detailed presentation by justifying costs and schedule through collaboration with certain division's key people.
- Keeping, maintaining, upselling, developing clients, and managing records on the Sales Platfor
Minimum qualitifaction:
- at least a minimum of 4+ years of experience in this field preferable from digital agency
- has strong network with brands, prefer talent used to do pitching
- fun to communicate with
- Detail oriented, well organized with good sense of responsibility
- Target & result oriented mind with passion for work
- Required someone who has strong pipeline & clients based. Has experience doing pitching for creative might be advantage
- Bachelor degree of any background
