Job description
- Record and manage daily financial transactions using Accurate.
- Prepare monthly and yearly financial closing.
- Create and review journal entries, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports such as Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow.
- Monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Ensure all financial data is accurate and complete.
- Maintain accounting records and documents properly.
- Support internal and external audit activities.
- Work with other departments to ensure smooth accounting processes.
- Help improve accounting procedures and the use of the Accurate system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting.
- Experience using Accurate Accounting Software is required.
- Good understanding of the accounting cycle and financial reporting.
- Familiar with AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.
- Basic knowledge of tax regulations is an advantage.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup based in Pejaten Barat, South Jakarta
