Job description for SPV Social Media at Cooler City (PT Hakata Asia Indonesia)

Kualifikasi :

1. Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 di bidang Komunikasi, Marketing, Digital Media, atau bidang terkait.

2. Minimal 1-5 tahun di bidang social media, digital marketing, atau content creation, dengan pengalaman sebagai pemimpin tim.

3. Mahir menggunakan berbagai platform media sosial serta memahami tren terbaru dan algoritma di platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, dll.).

4. Kemampuan kreatif dan kemampuan teknis dalam membuat konten (video, foto, teks) lebih diutamakan.

5. Kemampuan copywriting, storytelling, dan content planning.

6. Memiliki keterampilan desain seperti (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, Corel, Illustrator, dll).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab :

1. Melakukan riset dan mampu memberikan ide konsep terkait livestreaming dan konten social media.

2. Selama live streaming bisa improvisasi, menggerakkan minat penggemar terhadap brand awareness dan brand image, serta memastikan keseruan diruang live.

3. Mengembangkan strategi untuk meningkatkan engagement dan loyalitas audiens.

4. Bertanggung jawab untuk meningkatkan jumlah pengikut dan engagement di media sosial.

5. Mengikuti perkembangan tren digital dan media sosial untuk mengimplementasikan strategi terbaru.

6. Menyediakan laporan analitik tentang kinerja konten yang diunggah, termasuk jangkauan, keterlibatan, dan pertumbuhan pengikut.

7. Menganalisis strategi kompetitor dan melakukan inovasi agar brand tetap kompetitif.
