Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in aluminium installation or construction projects
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in supervisory or team leader role
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and project specifications
- Experienced in handling on-site operations
- Willing to work in the field and manage multiple project locations
Key Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid knowledge of aluminium systems (doors, windows, partitions, curtain walls, etc.)
- Ability to manage project timelines and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills in field operations
- Good coordination skills with production, warehouse, and project teams
- Ability to prepare progress reports and ensure quality control standards
