Job description for SPV Regulatory Alat Kesehatan at GEA Medical

Kualifikasi :

Pendidikan: Minimal S1 (Sarjana Hukum, Farmasi, atau jurusan relevan lainnya)
Pengalaman: Memiliki pengalaman 2–5 tahun di bidang legal korporat atau regulatory affairs.
Keahlian Utama: Paham mendalam mengenai regulasi izin edar produk, registrasi alat kesehatan (AKL/AKD), dan perizinan terkait lainnya.
Kemampuan Khusus: Memahami pengurusan perizinan melalui sistem OSS dan regulasi pemerintah terkait (Kemenkes, BPOM)

Tanggung Jawab Utama :

Memantau dan memperbarui informasi, regulasi, dan standart produk alat kesehatan
Memantau dan mengelola proses registrasi produk
Menjalin hubungan baik dengan instansi terkait untuk kelancaran bisnis perusahaan
Menyusun dokumen dan menyelesaikan seluruh proses hingga produk tercantum dalam sistem E-Katalog Online LKPP
Meninjau dan mengurus perizinan produk serta meninjau materi promosi untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan dan standar teknis yang berlaku.
