Basic Requirement:
Minimum bachelor degree from industrial engineering or similar.
At least 3 years of working experience in similar position.
Strong leadership, teamwork, problem solving and decision making capabilities.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong project management skills; ability to lead projects at a network level to influence and obtain buy-in, and then drive execution and achievement of the right results
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects and strategic plan programs to ensure operational quality are reliable and effective.
Identify and improve process and competency gaps within internal teams to guarantee quality standards are met.
Transform and develop quality control and assurance organization into high performing team and challenge the status quo.
Review and evaluate current of Quality Management System and come up with new ideas as well improvement.
Prioritize and oversee key projects to help meet target deadlines and achievement expectations.
Ensuring the product delivered meets customer’s needs by monitoring and evaluate the production process and machine performance are accordance with quality plan.
Partner with all business units/teams to achieve company KPIs, objectives, mission and vision.
