Role Description:
This is a full-time role. We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Supervisor (SPV Purchasing) to lead our procurement operations, manage supplier networks, and ensure a seamless supply chain to support our production activities.
What You'll Do:
* Supervise daily purchasing operations for raw materials, packaging, and operational needs
* Ensure timely purchase order processing and on-time delivery to support production schedules
* Handle supplier negotiation, proactive follow-ups, and issue resolution
* Coordinate closely with Warehouse, Finance, Production, and QA/QC teams
* Monitor stock availability and maintain high purchasing accuracy
* Prepare purchasing reports and propose operational improvements
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field
* Minimum 4–6 years of experience in purchasing within FMCG / manufacturing industry
* Strong follow-up, negotiation, and multitasking skills
* Detail-oriented, fast responsive, and well-organized
* Proficient in Excel / Spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting
* Good leadership and communication skills

* Experience with ERP or specialized procurement software
* Existing network of reliable raw material and packaging suppliers
