QUALIFICATIONS :
1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Transportation Management
2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field
3. Proficient in English
4. Preferably with a background in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
5. Possession of PPJK Certificate is preferred (Kementerian Keuangan)
6. Experience in handling customs clearance processes
7. Proficient in PIB, NIB documentation, and end-to-end export-import management
JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
1. Understand operational management of goods shipping
2. Understand PEB and PIB
3. Perform customs clearance operations (import & export sea/air)
4. Manage all matters related to shipping
5. Responsible for daily export-import operational activities
6. Operate various modules related to the Export-Import process
7. Lead and collaborate with the team on customs and logistics processes
8. Prepare PEB and PIB calculations and search for HS codes
9. Maintain relationships with recipients regarding incomplete or missing documents
10. Manage field operation team
11. Supervising trucking & delivery
