Job description for SPV PPIC at PT PEI HAI INTERNATIONAL WIRATAMA INDONESIA

Kualifikasi SPV PPIC

- Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Industri, Manajemen, atau jurusan terkait.

- Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang PPIC, diutamakan industri manufaktur sepatu.

- Memahami perencanaan produksi, pengendalian stok, dan material.

- Mampu membuat serta mengontrol jadwal produksi sesuai target.

- Menguasai Microsoft Excel dan sistem ERP.

- Memiliki kemampuan analisis, komunikasi, dan koordinasi yang baik.

- Mampu memimpin tim, bekerja di bawah tekanan, dan menyelesaikan masalah.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan SPV PPIC

- Menyusun dan mengontrol rencana serta jadwal produksi.

- Memastikan ketersediaan bahan baku dan material sesuai kebutuhan produksi.

- Memantau progres produksi agar sesuai target dan jadwal pengiriman.

- Mengontrol stok bahan baku, barang dalam proses (WIP), dan barang jadi.

- Berkoordinasi dengan departemen Produksi, Gudang, Purchasing, dan Marketing.

- Menganalisis kendala produksi serta melakukan tindak lanjut perbaikan.

- Membuat laporan perencanaan produksi dan persediaan secara berkala.
