Job Requirements :

1. Minimum education diploma or equivalent.

2. Male, maximum age 35 years.

3. Experience in the field of operations is preferred.

4. Must be able fluent in mandarin (both written and spoken).

5. Having driving license car and motorcycle

Job Descriptions :

1. Responsible for business research.

2. Responsible for the acquisition and execution of projects, overall project operations, and adjusting operational strategies according to actual situations.

3. Responsible for the progress of the project within a certain period, controlling the project, and ensuring project success.

4. Responsible for team management, continuously improving employees' business and comprehensive capabilities.

5. Responsible for tiered training for team members to align with company development.

6. Organize project data analysis (including project operations, business, etc.), propose optimization measures and suggestions, control costs, promote business management, and continuously monitor operations.

7. Develop a project management system, streamline process rules, identify business improvement directions, and continuously optimize management processes and systems.
